Log into your Mat up! account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund
